Mrs. Kenneth Workman passed away at the Graham hospital, Canton, Thursday, August 23rd, aged 20 years, 3 months and 15 days.
Marie Gilson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fenton Gilson, was born May 8, 1908. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Workman, May 2, 1925 and to this union two children were born, the first dying in infancy, the other one an infant living. She leaves to mourn her departure, the husband and infant daughter, her father, Fenton Gilson, five sisters, Mrs. Roy McMullen, Mrs. Charley Stambaugh, Vilda, Verna and Betty, four brothers, Harold, Eldon, Eugene and Gerald, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at the U. B. church Sunday at 2:00 p.m. conducted by the pastor, Rev. W. R. Seitzinger, assisted by Rev. John Davis and interment in the Astoria cemetery.
