She was born July 31, 1958, in Rushville, a daughter of Orville V. and Fern I. Thomas Trone. She married Stephen E. Trone on May 1, 1977, in Astoria. He survives.
Also surviving are her mother; four sons, Abraham (and Peggy) of Stockton, Daniel (and Kristine) of McNabb, Matthew (and Stacy) of Pekin and Michael (and Misty) of Browning; six sisters, Rosemary Williams of Canton, Dorothy (and Lee) Plate, Jeanette (and Harold E.) Hopkins, Opalene (and Virgil) Stambaugh, Ida (and Dave) Clark, of Astoria, and June (and David) Hicke of Glasford; two brothers, Tom (and Pam) and Stephen, both of Astoria; and six grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her father.
She worked at Bob's Dairy Dipper in Astoria and for Astoria Healthcare Center. She was an assistant manager at Wal-Mart in Beardstown for the past 16 years.
She was a member of Astoria Christian Church.
Services were held Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Gary Sheets officiating. Burial was in Bader Cemetery in Browning.
