He was born April 5, 1917, in Ipava, a son of Charles B. and Ethel D. Smith Webb. He married Deloris L. Moul on March 25, 1939, in Palmyra, Mo. She died June 20, 1979.
He also was preceded in death by one sister, Ruby Stremmel; and five brothers, Lyle, Russell, Robert, Clair and Herman Webb.
Surviving are one son, Marlin (and Teresa) Webb of Milan; two brothers, Maurice Webb and Floyd (and Connie) Webb, both of Lewistown; one sister, Mildred Slaight of Lewistown; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He farmed his entire life in the Astoria area.
He was a member of Astoria Christian Church.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at his church with Matthew Thiner officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in Astoria Cemetery. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
