Final rites for Robert H. Samuell were conducted Sunday in Shawgo Memorial Home by the Rev. E. E. Catlin. Burial was in Summum cemetery.
Mr. Samuell had resided in Ipava his entire lifetime. He was 83 years old at the time of his death Friday.
Born July 17, 1875 in St. Joseph, Mo., he was a son of Andrew and Sarah Ann (Cousins) Samuell. He was married to Emma (Foutch) Samuell, who preceded him in death in 1910.
He is survived by a son Orley, of Ipava, a grandson and a great-grandson. Two sisters also survive, Mrs. Berniece Howe of Havana and Mrs. Nancy Baumgartner of Summum.
Three sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
At the funeral services Sunday, Lena Shaver was soloist and Merle Hamm, pianist.
Pallbearers were Charles Husted, Charles Sackman, Guy Gilson, Howard, Fawn and Fred Samuell.
