Mildred B. Moose, 81, of Astoria, died at 6:10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 15, 1993, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville.
She was born Nov. 17, 1911, in in Astoria, a daughter of John H. and Inez M. Danner Baldry. She married Glenn D. Moose on Feb. 8, 1932, in Rushville. He died Oct. 26, 1970. Two sons, one grandson and one brother also preceded her in death.
Surviving are five sons, Don, John and Ted, all of Astoria, James of Colona and Gary of Cable, Ohio; two sisters, Peggy Jordan of Purvis, Miss., and Bessie Rose of Stockton, Calif.; one brother, Jack Baldry Jr. of Astoria; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Astoria United Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home with Rev. Terry Westerfield officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
