Edna May Fisk, 93, of Astoria died at 8:55 a.m. Nov. 12, 2013, at Snyder’s Vaughn-Haven Nursing Home in Rushville.

She was born May 30, 1920, in Browning, a daughter of Charlie and Mary Kolp Skiles. She married Philip D. Fisk on Nov. 3, 1936, in Macomb. He preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 1996.

She also was preceded in death by one son, Larry Fisk; one grandson, Mike Derry; three brothers, Orrin, Edward and Edmund Skiles; and three sisters, Mary Haney, Edith West and an infant.

Surviving are one daughter, Marjorie (and Larry) Derry of Astoria; two sisters, Alice Keil of St. Lucie, Fla., and Aloise Beaird of Petersburg; six grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was a homemaker and helped her husband on the family farm.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Kevin Owsley officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Summum Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Astoria Rescue Squad or Grace Bible Church in Astoria.
