Mrs. Dollie Easley Dies At Age 94

Mrs. Dollie Easley, 94, of Astoria died at 4:50 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 1973, at LaMoine Christian Home in Roseville.

She was born on Nov. 25, 1879, in Astoria, a daughter of Adam and Jane Swope Trone. She married Joseph Easley on may 14, 1902. He died on Oct. 29, 1962.

Surviving are two sons, Ernest of Summum, and Carl of Peoria, three daughters, Mrs. Geneva VanAntwerp of Yates City, Mrs. Hazel Bankes of Creve Coeur, and Mrs. Nina Derry of Morton; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

One daughter and several brothers and sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday afternoon at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Michael Hargrave officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
