She was born June 11, 1964, in Rushville, a daughter of Gale and Linda Foster Roosa. She married Robert Bollinger on Aug. 8, 1987, in Summum. He survives.
Also surviving are her parents of Ipava; two sisters, Gina (and Mike) Simpson of Lewistown and Annisa Hamm of Canton; one brother, Joel (and Kara) Roosa of Morton; father-in-law, Leroy (and Nancy) Bollinger of Rushville; and mother-in-law, Judy Busby of Astoria.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold and Marjorie Foster and James and Mildred Roosa.
She graduated from St. Francis School of Nursing in Peoria. She was a dialysis nurse for over 19 years. She was working for OSF St. Francis at Motherhouse Infirmary in Germantown Hills.
She was a member of Summum Christian Church and Humane Societies of Schuyler and Fulton counties.
Services were held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Ken Peterson officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
