Nancy BollingerNancy Bollinger, 75, of Rushville died Sept. 17, 2022, at O.S.F. St. Francis Hospital in Peoria.

She was born Feb. 13, 1947, in Macomb, a daughter of Marshall and Margaret Renner Stoops. She married Leroy Bollinger on July 16, 1975, in Astoria. He preceded her in death on April 9, 2018.

She also was preceded in death by one grandson, Vail Cady II; and two brothers, Clair Stoops and Michael Stoops.

Surviving are two daughters, Beverly Bollinger-Crenshaw (and Jimmy) of Astoria and Julie Cady (and Patrick) of Rushville; two sons, Robert Bollinger of Browning and Michael Bollinger of Macomb; two sisters, Shirley Lawver of Astoria and Sharon Umphryes of Lincoln; one brother, Charles Stoops of Blair, Okla.; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.

She attended and graduated from Astoria High School, class of 1965. She was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and Eastern Star. She worked for Atwoods in Havana and Fibra-Steel in Astoria. Leroy and Nancy owned and managed L&N Industries in Rushville.

Services were held Sept. 24. Burial was in Rushville City Cemetery. Triplett & Wood Funeral Home of Rushville was in charge of arrangements.
