Lucille UtterLucille Utter, 61, of Camden died at 12:16 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Mount Sterling.

She was born Nov. 9, 1942, in Rushville Township, Schuyler County, a daughter of Rev. Oscar and Elsie Summers Robinson. She married Charles R. Utter Jr. on May 28, 1960, in Rushville. He survives.

Also surviving are her mother of Rushville; three sons, Richard (and Kathy) of Cooperstown, Robert and Ronnie, both of Rushville; one daughter, Rebecca Crenshaw of Camden; two brothers, Richard (and Shirley) Robinson of Astoria and Marvin (and Kitty) Robinson of Canton; one sister, Joan (and Norman) Cox of Galesburg; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by triplet sons, Jerry, Terry and Larry; one daughter, Martha Utter; an infant grandson, Gideon Ray Crenshaw; and two brothers, Larry and Raymond.

She was a former member of the Union Baptist Church in Rushville.

She worked at Gains Brothers Green House & Nursery, Hornsby & Ball Variety, Rushville True Value Hardware, Feigls Food Center and Bartlow Brothers Meat Packing Inc., until retiring in 2002 due to poor health.

Services were held Monday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. George Buck officiating. Burial was in Messerer Cemetery near Frederick.

Memorials may be made to the Cass-Schuyler Area Hospice.
