She was born Nov. 13, 1921, at the family home near Browning, a daughter of Lossie and Lula Gibson Bollinger. She married David E. Miller on Feb. 21, 1942. He preceded her in death on Feb. 16, 2012.
She also was preceded in death by one brother, Virgil Bollinger; and five sisters, Donna Wehmeier, Hermenia Egbert, Inez Egbert, Betty Riebling and Marilyn Orwig.
Surviving are one son, Roger (and Billie) Miller of Polk City, Iowa; two daughters, Kathleen (and Ronald) Schoenfelder of Bradenton, Fla., and Sally Davis of East Peoria; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was a farm wife and active in her community as a 4-H Leader and a member of Schuyler County Home Extension. She was an active member of Bader Christian Church.
Services were held Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Brother Matt Haberman officiating. Burial was in the Mud Valley Cemetery with Elder Melvin Mohler officiating.
