She was born Sept. 6, 1917, a daughter of Harvey and Mary Kruzan Vaughn. She married Cecil L. Burgess on Feb. 26, 1935, in Havana. He preceded her in death on May 30, 1985.
She also was preceded in death by one son; one daughter; six brothers; four sisters; one grandchild; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Surviving are one son, Raymond (and Bonnie) Burgess of Cuba; two daughters, Alice (and Elton) Colston of Ipava and Mary Baily of Bath; one brother, Charles (and Martha) Vaughn of Farmington; 20 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown with Reverend Doug Krukewitt officiating. Visitation will be held from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown.
