Mrs. Della M. Wright, 74, of Vermont died at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday, Apr. 1, 1980, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
She was born June 12, 1906, in Astoria, the daughter of Solomon and Bessie Ellen Elgin Emig. She married Cecil H. Wright on Mar. 4, 1924, in Burlington. He survives.
She was a member of the Vermont Christian Church.
Other survivors include four sons, Cecil Jr. and Homer both of Vermont, Max of Lemon Grove, Calif., and Robert of Rushville; four daughters, Mrs. Bessie Bricker and Mrs. Betty White both of Vermont, Mrs. Hilma Guppy of Bartonville and Mrs. Doris LaFary of Smithfield; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Vermont Christian Church with Rev. Dan Roberts officiating. Burial was in Vermont Cemetery.
