She was born July 29, 1976, in Canton, the daughter of David and Jeanette Mercer Walters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Oniley and Mary Ellen Farwell and Whitney Mercer; and loved one, Joe Hayes.
Surviving are one son, Lars (and Jade) Smith of Pekin; partner, Rick Lung; five cousins, Josh, Brian, and Adam Mercer, all of Vermont and Sonya Walters and Brandy Robertson, both of Mississippi; and loved ones, Katrina Hull, Misty Workman, Brian and Crystal Hayes and their children, Tristin, Savannah and Sawyer Hayes.
She was a housekeeper at Rushville Nursing and Rehab Center for 25 years.

Burial will be at Mount Zion Township Cemetery at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes and Crematory in Pekin.
