She was born Oct. 21, 1951, in Canton, the daughter of Thomas and Betty Lou Orwig Thomas. She married Neil C. Morris on May 13, 1972, in Browning. He preceded Christina in death on Jan. 7, 1999.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Norman, Dean and Michael Thomas.
Surviving are her special friend, William Stodonly of Astoria; one daughter, Annalee (and Michael) Swank of Abingdon; four brothers, Steven Thomas of Beardstown, Stanley Thomas of Indiana, Phillip Thomas of Astoria and David Thomas of Vermont; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and 14 nieces and nephews.
She worked at JBS in Beardstown.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Matthew Thiner officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Astoria Cemetery.
