Alexis Faith Miller, infant daughter of Andrew and Tisha Royer Miller, died at 10 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 2004, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born Friday, June 18, 2004, in Peoria.
Surviving are her parents of Industry; her grandparents, Kevin and Tonia Miller of Littleton, Pam and Andrew Fugate of Industry, and Terry and Carol Royer of Peoria; and her great-grandparents, Bob and Elaine Heffner of Industry, Bob and Shirley Miller of Adair, and Phil and Marilyn Groff of Astoria.
Graveside services were held Friday at Industry Cemetery with Rev. Dixie Croxton officiating. Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
