Mrs. Frances McDonald, 37, of Vermont, died Sunday night at the St. Francis hospital in Macomb after an illness of three weeks.
Mrs. McDonald was a daughter of Roy and Mary Mitchell Brown, born in Astoria, Feb. 5, 1910. She was united in marriage Feb. 2, 1929 to John McDonald and to this union five children were born.
Surviving with her husband and parents are sons, John Jr., Henry and George; daughters, Patricia and Marilyn. Also surviving are a brother, Haskell Brown of Peoria, and sisters, Sara Brown and Mrs. Lucille Hickle of Vermont.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Vermont Methodist church with Rev. H. Sheldon Pattison, officiating. Interment was in the Vermont cemetery.
