Audrey June Lind, daughter of Bane and Opal Sales Lind, was born June 10, 1927, and passed out of this life Sunday, Oct. 18 at 1:15 p.m., aged 9 years, 4 months and 8 [days].
Little Audrey, who was an only child, had never been very robust, but the past summer her health had been failing. Last week she was taken seriously ill and all that medical aid and loving hands could do for her in her suffering, proved of no avail.
She leaves to mourn her departure besides her parents, her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Sales of Peoria, Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Lind of Bader and great grandmother Bollinger of Astoria. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of their many friends in their sad bereavement.
Funeral services were held at the Bader church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Fred Thompson and assisted by Rev. G. W. Zink of Astoria. Burial in the South Fulton cemetery.
