Florine Johnson, 87, of Astoria, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 1997, at 8:32 a.m. at Astoria Healthcare Center.
She was born Aug. 24, 1910, in Pleasant Township, Fulton County, a daughter of John and Ollie (Clark) Talbert. She married Russell Dale Johnson on Jan. 10, 1929, in Lewistown. He survives.
Also surviving are one nephew, Jack Parr of Table Grove; and two nieces, Nelda Herriford of Ipava and Flossie Danner of Macomb.
She was preceded in death by one son, Herschel Dale, three sisters and two brothers.
She was a corn sorter for a seed corn plant. She was a member of the Woodland Church of the Brethren.
Services were held this morning at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Clifford Parry officiating. Burial was in Woodland Cemetery.
