Billy GloverBilly Joe Glover, 49, of Rushville died at 12:51 a.m. June 13, 2021, at Culbertson Memorial Hospital.

He was born Nov. 5, 1971, in Rushville, a son of Gary Glover and Teena Sipes. He is survived by his significant other Kim Kassing of Rushville.

Also surviving are one daughter, Rylee Glover of Mesa, Ariz.; his stepfather, Robert (and Linda) Woodruff of Rushville; his stepmother, Patty Glover of Fairplay, Mo.; three brothers, Corey (and Bobbi) Sipes and Bobby (and Gretchen) Belville, both of Rushville, and Jeff (and Kaleena) Glover of Fairborn, Ohio; one sister, Holly (and Jonathon) Parker of Urbana; two stepbrothers, Robert Talbott of Fairplay, Mo., and Danny Talbott of Tampa, Fla.; one stepsister, Elizabeth Talbott of Tampa, Fla.; one aunt, Linda Brown; two uncles, Tom Glover and Michael Glover; four nieces; five nephews; two great nieces; and one great nephew.

He was preceded in death by one aunt, LuCinda Phillips; one uncle, Steven Sipes; his parents; and one grandmother, Elma Royer.

He graduated from Rushville High School with the class of 1990. He worked construction for his uncle G.M. “Marley” Sipes for many years. In later years he worked through Labor Union Local #231 out of Peoria.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Mr. David Haney officiating. Inurnment will follow in Christian Neck Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of services on Tuesday.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
