Mrs. Frances L. Easley, 81, of Astoria, died at 12:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 19, 1986, at the Astoria Healthcare Center.
She was born Dec. 28, 1904, the daughter of Benjamin and Etta Carter Scrogum. She married Ernest Easley on May 7, 1927, in Lewistown. He preceded her in death on Jan. 8, 1979.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. William (Virginia) Schisler of Walnut; two grandsons; one great-grandchild; and one sister, Miss Florence Scrogum.
Also preceding her in death were two brothers.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Collis Trone officiating. Burial was in the Summum Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society of the Illinois Chapter of the American Diabetes Association.
Mrs. Easley was a member of the Summum Christian Church.
