He was born Jan. 8, 1962, in Rushville, a son of Earl A. (Red) Clemens and Muriel (Cookie) Merry Clemens.
Surviving are his life partner, Pauline Mayhan of West Plains; four children, Atrista (and Ivan) Massey, state of Tennessee, Roxanne Clemens, state of Missouri and Alisa Clemens and Kamay (and Ricky) Riggins, both of state of Illinois; one brother, Lee Eddie Clemens, state of Illinois; two sisters, Pat Alford and Robin Popplewell, both of the state of Illinois; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister and brother-in-law, Gladys and Bob Blickenstaff.
He was a truck driver and a heavy equipment operator. He was of the Christian faith.
