She was born Feb. 15, 1930, in Fulton County, a daughter of Charles and Rosa Brillhart Conner. She married Jack Bair on Dec. 15, 1950, in Astoria. He preceded her in death on May 27, 2015.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Constance Royer; four brothers, Junior, Robert, Richard and Donald Conner; and three sisters, Ruby Vaile, Helen Shaw and Nelda Webb.
Surviving are one son, Marty Bair of Astoria; and two granddaughters, Lindy (and Troy) Schenk of Astoria and Libby Bair of Springfield.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Astoria United Methodist Church.
Services were held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Reverend Bob Greene officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
