VIRGIL RAY BOLLINGER

Browning Boy Dies

Virgil Ray Bollinger, son of Lula and Lossie Bollinger, was born in Browning, August 20, 1912, and died at his home near Browning, June 10, 1930 at 7:25 p.m., aged 17 years, 9 months, 21 days, after an illness of one year, 3 months and 10 days of chronic nephritis.

He leaves to mourn his departure, his mother, father, and five sisters, Donna, Hermenia, Inez, Edna and Betty June all at home. Also his grandparents, besides other relatives and scores of friends who all knew and loved him.

He bore his affliction patiently and was always cheerful when the clouds seemed the darkest. All was done that loving hands and medical skill could do but when Jesus calls, his summons must be answered.

Funeral services were held in Browning at the Church of Christ, conducted by Rev. E. O. Norris. Burial in the Browning cemetery.

“Dear son and brother thou has left us,
Thy loss we deeply feel,
But it is God who doth direct us,
He can all our sorrows heal.”
