He was born Dec. 12, 1952, a son of Harold and Norma Ford Windsor. He married Deborah “Deb” Baldock on Nov. 2, 1974, in Canton. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Jason (and Shelly) Windsor; two brothers, Tim Windsor of Peoria and John Windsor of Astoria; three sisters, Sandra (and Jan) McCombs of Littleton, Penny Windsor of Macomb and Amiee (and Shannon) Burget of Summum; and one granddaughter, Leah Windsor.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Dave Windsor; and one sister, Cynthia Windsor.
He worked Maintenance for Midwest Grain, now known as Illinois Corn Processing.
A funeral service was held Tuesday at Sedgwick Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton with Reverend Rick Atchley officiating. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the Phillips Station at a later date.
Memorials may be made to an education fund for his granddaughter, Leah.
