He was born Oct. 15, 1961, in Canton, a son of Harold and Norma Ford Windsor.
Surviving are three daughters, Shauna Windsor, Shaylea Windsor of Caico Rock, Ark., and Kaylee (and Coy) Ritter of Mountain View, Ark.; three brothers, Randall (and Deborah) Windsor and Timothy Windsor, both of Canton, and John Windsor of Astoria; three sisters, Sandra (and Jan) McCombs of Littleton, Penny Windsor of Macomb and Aimee (and Shannon) Burget of Summum; one grandchild; and two ex-wives, Carla Shores and Tamera Tunnicliff.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Cynthia Windsor; and former partner, Cindy Davidson.
He worked at Western Grain Management. He also did carpentry work and helped build houses.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria is in charge of arrangements.
