He was born May 26, 1979, in Rushville, a son of Donnie and Jody Fisher Welker.
Surviving are one son, Donnie Welker of Astoria; two daughters, Emma Welker and Aubri Welker, both of Astoria; mother of his children, Mandy Cox of Astoria; mother, Jody Davis of Astoria; one sister, Brandy Welker of Astoria; two brothers, Whitney (and Jordyn) Davis of Astoria and Chase (and Lyndsey Donlan) Davis of Summum; one grandfather, Richard Fisher of Summum; and one grandmother, Judy Hopkins of Summum.
He was preceded in death by two fathers, Donnie Welker and Dick Davis; and one grandmother, Willa Fisher.
He was a laborer for Labor Union 231. He also worked at the Astoria Meat Market.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
