NANCY LEE (BAIR) WESTLAKE

Nancy Westlake

Nancy Lee Westlake, 64, of Browning died at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 14, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

She was born Aug. 3, 1948, in Astoria, a daughter of Paul and Bonnie Edwards Bair. She married Ronald Everett Westlake on March 19, 1965, in Ipava. He survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Vicky (and Elmer) Berry of Browning; two sons, Daniel (and Brittany) Westlake of Browning and Matthew Westlake of Rushville; one sister, Suzie Bair of Canton; five brothers, Ted Bair of Harriman, Tenn., Jim (and Peggy) McCombs and Lloyd McCombs, both of Astoria, Patrick McCombs of Beardstown and Tony (and Vickie) McCombs of Rushville; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Jonathon Westlake; and two sisters, Janie Danner and Judy Wright.

She was a homemaker. She also worked as a CNA at Snyder's Vaughn-Haven Nursing Home in Rushville and Astoria Healthcare Center. She worked in security at Cargill in Beardstown.

She was a member of Browning Christian Church.

Services were held Tuesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Matt Haberman officiating. Burial was in Browning Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Johns Hospital or Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
