Mrs. Hollie M. Wilson, 79, of Long Beach, Calif., formerly of Astoria, died at 1 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 1990, at Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville.
She was born Oct. 1, 1910 in Fulton County, the daughter of Emmanuel and Della (Markley) Mummert. She married Verne D. Wilson. He died May 22, 1978.
Surviving are one stepson, Larry Wilson of rural Browning; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Ketra Decker of Joliet; two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Shields of Rushville and Mrs. June Martin of Roodhouse; one brother, Keith Mummert of Havana; four step-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Terry Westerfield officiating. Burial was in the Summum Cemetery.
