Mrs. Corda M. Wilson, 61, a lifetime Astoria area resident, died at 11:15 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Hospital in Springfield.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Fines Main officiating. Burial was in the Summum Cemetery.
She was born Dec. 21, 1908, near Summum to Emanuel and Della Markley Mummert. On Aug. 10, 1927, she married Freeman Wilson, who died Nov. 7, 1964.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Astoria Sorosis Club.
Surviving are her mother of Astoria; four sisters, Mrs. Hazel Shields, of Rushville, Mrs. Hollie Wilson of Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. June Martin of Roodhouse and Mrs. Leola Pegg of Lynn, Ind.; and two brothers, Marshall Mummert of Astoria and Keith Mummert of Havana.
