Mrs. Amos Wilson Enters Into Rest After Long Illness

Mrs. Amos Wilson died at her home three miles northwest of Astoria, Monday at 12:00 o'clock, following an illness of four years of paralysis.

During that time she has practically been an invalid yet she bore her affliction with patience and fortitude.

Selinda Epervia Geer was born March 5, 1865 near Browning, Ill. She was united in marriage to Amos Wilson Dec. 11, 1884, and to this union four sons were born, Ghlee and Leroy of Astoria and Maro and Eldon at home. Besides the children and husband, she is survived by one sister, Mrs. William Hettrick of Vermont, also one grandson.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, conducted by Rev. W. R. Seitzinger, assisted by Rev. John Davis. Burial in the Salem cemetery.
