Leroy Wilson, 85, of Astoria, died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, 1982, in Culbertson Memorial Hospital, Rushville.
Born Feb. 23, 1897, in Astoria, he was the son of Amos and Epervia (Geer) Wilson. He married Naomi Gruber July 21, 1919, in Canton. She died Jan. 12, 1978.
Two brothers also preceded him in death.
He and his wife owned and operated Wilson's Paint and Wallpaper Store in Astoria for many years.
One brother Eldon of Medford, Ore., survives.
Funeral services for Mr. Wilson were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Laurence Royer officiating. Burial was in the Astoria Cemetery.
