She was born Aug. 20, 1946, in Rushville, a daughter of Dale and Maxine Smith.
Surviving are two daughters, Kim (and James) Guffee of Oklahoma and Tasha (and Randy) Land of Texas; one son, Gary Lee Wainman of New Mexico; three sisters, Shirley (and Gene) Price, Dutch Stambaugh and Sally Asa, all of Rushville; one brother, Bill Smith of Beardstown; three grandsons; and one step-grandson.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Keith Smith and Jackson Smith.
