Kenneth R. Schisler, 59, of Ipava died at 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 2001, at his residence.
He was born March 17, 1942, in Fulton County, a son of Perry G. and Grace Etter Schisler.
Surviving are his mother of Ipava; one son, Richard of Erwin, Tenn.; one daughter, Deanna Morefield of Fairview; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Bill of Ipava and Jerry of Astoria.
He was preceded in death by his father and one son, Randy.
He was a lathe operator at Caterpillar Inc. in East Peoria for 20 years.
Services were held Monday at Kost Memorial Home in Vermont with Rev. Nedra Bollinger officiating. Burial was in Ipava Cemetery.
