Irma M. Scrogum, 80, of Summum, died at Blessing Hospital in Quincy at 11:25 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 1981.
She was born in Summum on Aug. 10, 1900, a daughter of James and Emma (Brillhart) Parr. She married Hobart G. Scrogum Apr. 30, 1921, in Summum. He died Jan. 25, 1936.
Survivors include two sons, Marshall Devere Scrogum of Astoria and Hobart J. Scrogum of Quincy; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Paul Parr of Astoria, Kenneth Parr of Rock Port, Tex., and Wayne Parr of Browning.
One sister and one grandchild preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Summum Christian Church and the U Go And I Go Club.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Summum Christian Chuch with Ray Artrip and Larry Smith officiating. Burial was in Summum Cemetery.
