She was born June 14, 1923, in Woodstock Township, Schuyler County, a daughter of Fred and Minnie Young Rittenhouse. She married Guy Robertson on Sept. 9, 1946, in Canton. He preceded her in death on Dec. 9, 1999.
She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Rittenhouse and Ora Rittenhouse; three sisters, Mildred Bollinger, Dorothy Bivens and Frieda Rittenhouse.
Surviving are one daughter, Marsha (and Gary) Jones; two grandchildren, Gary (and Stephanie) Jones Jr. and Cheryl Howell; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She volunteered many hours at the Schuyler Jail Museum and Geological Center.
Private graveside services will be held with burial to follow. There will be no visitation. Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
