INA MAE (BECK) THOMPSON REYNOLDS

Ina Mae Reynolds

Ina Mae Reynolds, 90, of Astoria Gardens & Rehab Center died there at 1:25 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2004.

She was born May 9, 1913, in Novinger, Mo., a daughter of Frank and Lucy Donnelly Beck. She married Wayne Thompson. He died Jan. 9, 1939. She later married Wendell E. Reynolds on Dec. 23, 1952, in Astoria. He died Feb. 9, 1996.

She also was preceded in death by one son, Wayne "Sonny" Thompson Jr.; two daughters, Patricia Thompson and Virginia Murphy; and three brothers, Henry, Frank Jr., and Luther Beck.

Surviving are three stepsons, David (and Ruth Ann) Reynolds of Monmouth, Jim (and Carol) Reynolds of Orion and Dan (and Karen) Reynolds of Clarksville, Tenn.; one sister, Helen Cordell of Colchester; one brother, Robert Beck of St. Louis; three grandchildren; 10 stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and 12 stepgreat-grandchildren.

She had been a cashier and chief operator for Astoria Exchange of General Telephone Co.

She was a member of Astoria United Methodist Church.

Services were held Friday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Rev. Marian Stone officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
