Doris E. Morris, 80, of Browning, died at 7 p.m. Friday, June 23, 1995, at her residence.
She was born May 29, 1915, in Browning, a daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Ann Walton Cox. She married Wilbur Morris on Dec. 23, 1938, in Palmyra, Mo. He died July 24, 1990. One son, one grandson, two sisters and two brothers also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Neal of Browning and Phillip of Kim, Colo.; two brothers, Homer Cox of Rushville and Ralph Cox of Astoria; one granddaughter; and one great-grandchild.
She was a member of Browning Church of Christ.
Funeral services were held Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with John Ruppel and Pat Clements officiating. Burial was in Bader Cemetery in Bader.
