Mrs. Naomi L. Miller, 83, of 1930 N. Main St., Canton, died at 1:30 a.m. Friday, Mar. 10, 1989, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born Sept. 5, 1905, in Ipava, the daughter of Samuel E. and Emma (Sweigard) Danner. She married Harry S. Miller on March 12, 1937, in Kirksville, Mo. He died Oct. 12, 1975, in Canton.
She was also preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Survivors include one brother, Herschel C. Danner of Blandinsville; four nephews; and three nieces.
She attended Western Academy in Macomb. She had taught school in Macomb and Canton until she married.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Oaks Memorial Chapel in Canton with G. Stevens Baker officiating. Burial was in the Astoria Cemetery.
