Robert Mercer, 72, Vermont, died Wednesday morning at the home of his brother, Charles Mercer, near Vermont.
Born near Vermont, July 20, 1878 he was a son of John V. and Sally (Burrus) Mercer. Surviving are three brothers, Charles of near Vermont; Willis of California; and Ross of Spokane, Wash.; and three sisters, Miss Mary Mercer and Miss Blanche Mercer, both of Macomb; and Mrs. Ada Morrison, Los Angeles, Calif.
Funeral services were held from Leighty parlors Friday at 2:30 p.m. with Mrs. Dell Leach in charge. Interment in Vermont cemetery.
