He was born June 21, 1951, in Bushnell, a son of Jack and Margaret DeRenzey Lamm. He married Karen Statler on Feb. 20, 1988, in Ipava. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Eric (and Kelley) Lamm of Hamilton and Joshua Statler of Ipava; one daughter, Jessica (and Kris) Horwedel of Vermont; one brother, Dave (and Phyllis) Lamm; two stepsisters, Terri (and Herman) Gohde of Banner and Gloria Chambers of Canton; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; step-mother, Iris Lamm; and one sister, Gloria Ruth McCloskey.
He was a welder.
He coached and umpired youth leagues for many years.
Services will be held at noon Wednesday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Doug Krukewitt officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the memorial home. Burial will be in Ipava Cemetery.
