Allison Marie Hammack, of Bushnell died March 2, 2023, at McDonough District Hospital.
She was born Jan. 19, 2023, in Canton, a daughter of Jontae M. McCleery and David A. Hammack.
Surviving are her parents; four siblings, Carsen and Carter Hammack, Oliver Wetzel and Isabella McCleery; maternal grandparents, John McCleery, Dawn Shannon, David and Juanita Hammack; and maternal great-grandparents, Ollie Shannon, Duke Shannon, Richard Danner and Susan and Lloyd McCleery.
She also was preceded in death by her great-great grandparents, Doris Baker, Dale and Rosland Hammack, Eldon and Francis Kendrick and Betty Shannon.
Memorial services were held Saturday at Experience Assembly of God Church in Bushnell with Pastor David Hughes officiating. Martin Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell was in charge of arrangements.
