She was born Oct. 29, 1939, in Ipava, a daughter of Jasper and Hila Vaughn Robertson. She married Ronald Hummell on Oct. 24, 1964, in Ipava. He preceded her in death on Oct. 10, 1992.
She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Hazel Lynn Tucker; three brothers, Clark Robertson, Philip Robertson and Robert Robertson; and three sisters, Iris Lamm, Hazel Danner and Barbara Wickert.
Surviving are one daughter, Anna Bolen of Prairie City; one son, John Hummell of Bushnell; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She worked at the Vermont Foundry, Fayhee Implement as a secretary at Prairie City, Websters in Macomb for over 20 years and lastly at the Bushnell Laundromat for over 15 years.
Services will be held at noon Thursday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Randy Whitmire officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service on Thursday. Burial will be in Ipava Cemetery.
