She was born Aug. 27, 1946, in Macomb, a daughter of Don L. and Charlene V. Harper Snowden. She married James R. Hinrichs on June 12, 1964, in Vermont. He preceded her in death on Feb. 12, 2010.
She also was preceded in death by her father; and one brother, Michael Snowden.
Surviving are two sons, Andrew (and Amy) Hinrichs of Billings, Mont., and Chris Hinrichs of Vermont; her mother, Charlene Snowden of Vermont; two brothers, Randall (and Mardeen) Snowden of Vermont and Herb (and Kathy) Snowden of Table Grove; one sister, Linda (and Russell “Buck”) Bair of Ohio; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was a home care provider.
A Memorial Service was held Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Pastor Cody Stinnett officiating. Cremation rites have been accorded.
