She was born Nov. 9, 1958, in Canton, a daughter of Rex and Anna Mae Welker Fouts. She married Michael E. Harper on July 17, 1976, in Ipava. He preceded her in death on Oct. 23, 2009.
She also was preceded in death by her father.
Surviving are her mother; one daughter, Jennifer (and Kevin) Bankert of Dunfermline; three brothers, Rex (and Suzanne) Fouts and David (and Susie) Fouts, both of Ipava and Jackie (and Dacia) Fouts of Canton; and three sisters, Anita (and Steve) Duckwiler, Cindy (and Craig) Porter and Joyce Norville, all of Ipava.
She worked as the water clerk for the Dunfermline and St. David Water Department for 21 years, retiring in 2002.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton with Rev. Kevin Kessler officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday. Burial will be in Maryville Cemetery in Bryant.
Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Buckheart Fire Department.
