She was born Aug. 28, 1992, in Peoria, the daughter of Harley and Kathy Welker Hickle.
Surviving are her parents of Astoria; one brother, Stephen (and Carmen) Hickle of Astoria; and great-grandparents, Gilbert and Ruby Hickle of Vermont.
She was preceded in death by her natural father, James Lee Hickle; and great-grandparents, Harley Max and Frannie Welker.
She was a senior at Astoria High School where she participated in the DARE Program, volleyball, cheerleading, Drama Club, SWAT Team and FCCLA.
She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Havana.
Services were held Saturday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria with Deacon Stan Buczko officiating. Burial was in Astoria Cemetery.
Memorials will be established at Astoria Schools in Liberty’s memory.
