Mrs. Mae Haare, 94, of Adair, died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 16, 1987, at her residence.
She was born March 14, 1893, in Astoria, a daughter of Lincoln and Sarah Mummert Wilson. She married Jesse W. Haare, Nov. 24, 1915, in Salem. He died July 27, 1975.
Surviving are one son, Robert L. Haare, Rockford; two daughters, Margaret Counselman, Adair, and Nedra Beckner, Colchester; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death besides her husband were 3 brothers, Ralph Wilson, Hart Wilson, and Verne Wilson, and her parents.
Mrs. Haare lived on a farm her entire life until moving to Marietta in 1960. She moved to Adair in 1973.
She was a member of the Methodist Church in Astoria.
Funeral services will be this afternoon at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home, Bushnell, with Rev. Merlyn Bowman officiating. Burial will be in Marietta.
Memorials may be made to the Salem Church in Adair or to the Cancer Fund.
