Erma E. Geiman, 89, of Sleepy Hollow, formerly of Browning, died at 8:30 a.m. March 11, 2012, at her home.Erma E. Geiman, 89, of Sleepy Hollow, formerly of Browning, died at 8:30 a.m. March 11, 2012, at her home.
She was born Nov. 13, 1922, in Browning, the daughter of Cecil R. and Ruth S. Miller Cable. She married Gail D. Geiman on June 1, 1947, in Browning. He preceded her in death on Feb. 14, 2004.
She also was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Cable.
Surviving are one son, Gil (and Mary) Geiman of Sleepy Hollow; and two grandchildren.
She did advertising for K.K. Stevens Publishing Company in Astoria for many years.
She was a member of Astoria Christian Church and attended Fox Valley Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mud Valley Cemetery in Browning with minister John Ruppel officiating. Visitation will be held from noon to 1:45 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria.
