She was born May 4, 1927, in Woodstock Township, Schuyler County, a daughter of Albert Cecil and Essie Covey Tomlinson. She first married Clinton “Bud” Vogler on March 7, 1947, in Rushville. He preceded her in death on Feb. 11, 1983. She later married Merle Paisley on Jan. 31, 1985, in Round Rock, Texas. He preceded her in death on March 3, 2000. She then married Eldon Fegley on Nov. 30, 2002, in Alabama. He preceded her in death on Nov. 3, 2009.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Albert Tomlinson, Russell Tomlinson and Donald Tomlinson; and two sisters, Alice Hiles and Lois Henninger.
Surviving are four children, Kay Bartley of Chillicothe, Judy (and Ed) Greiert of Camden, Kenneth (and Lora) Vogler of Rushville and Jan (and Jeff) Jones of Washington; one brother, Tommie (and Phyllis) Tomlinson of Georgetown, Texas; eight grandchildren; and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren.
A 1946 graduate of Rushville High School, she first worked as a clerk at Brown, Lynch and Scott in Rushville. She was an aide and ward clerk at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville. From 1968-79, she worked as the cashier at Schuyler State Bank in Rushville.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Rushville.
Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville with David Haney officiating. Burial will follow in the Rushville City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. Friday until service time at the funeral home.
