Jerzee L. Fouts, stillborn, died at 10:31 p.m. Jan. 8, 2015, at Graham Hospital in Canton. Parents are Ben Fouts and Sarah Kearley of Canton.
Surviving are her parents; maternal grandparents, Kerry and Rodger Kearley of Naperville; paternal grandparents, Dave and Sue Fouts of Ipava; maternal great-grandparents, Ronald and Donna Kotulak and William and Lola Kearley, all of Oak Park; paternal great-grandmothers, Anna Fouts of Ipava and Linda Sheets of Lewistown; three uncles, Matthew (and Rachel) Kearley, Jake Kearley and DJ (and Jessica) Fouts; and three aunts, Heather Kearley, Alexandra Kearley and Sarah Fouts.
She was preceded in death by great-grandfathers, Rex Fouts and R. Duane Sheets.
Services were held Monday at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria. Burial was in Waterford Cemetery in Lewistown.
